Shipping and Returns


Shipping Methods
Products are shipped using UPS, FEDEX, and USPS Ground Service. Orders may take up to three business days to be processed and shipped. Free pickup is also available every day at our store located in Santa Ana, Ca.  Pickup orders are ready within 24 hours of the order purchase. Please bring your confirmation number.

Undeliverable Packages
The customer will be refunded back the purchase price minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee if their packages are returned back to us marked as "Unclaimed", "Return to Sender", "Attempted Unknown", "Refused", or "Invalid Street Address". Please confirm your shipping address before ordering.

Return Policy
We accept returns up to 10 days after the delivery date. The products must be unused and packaged in original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return was a result of the product being defective or an error in our end. Please contact us if that is the issue. There is a 15% restocking fee for returns. 

The customer will receive an email if the product ordered is on backorder and/or will be delayed. Please contact us if you would like to update your order. If there are other products on the order, we will ship them separately without the backordered products. If the customer does no contact us, we will ship the backordered products once available.
